Anatomie si Biomecanica, Nutritie si sport, Antrenamentul Aerob si Anaerob, Principalele categorii de antrenament (Cardiovascular Conditioning, Interval & Circuit Training, Resistance & Strength, Core Conditioning, Balance, Flexibility, Speed, Agility, etc), Evaluarea fizica a participantilor (anamneze, masuratori antropometrice si testele fizice), Crearea programelor de antrenament in functie de particularitatile si obiectivele fiecarui participant), Rolul si indatoririle unui Personal Trainer, Prevenirea accidentarilor.
